WOODFIELD ROAD

A split-level property staggered between five floors has been internally altered and renovated to provide an open plan kitchen dining room.

 

Three rooms between two floors now function as one space. Knocking through the central structural wall affected three floors which all had to be considered due to the layout. A split-level open plan space has been achieved with a small stair and glass balustrade separating them. A new structural opening has been made to provide bi-fold doors to the rear garden

 

The build team were put forward for the Bristol Life Awards and chose this project as their portfolio piece, as featured in Bristol Life Nov 2017.
